These terms apply to all users of the domain veravanwolferen.nl. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Vera an Wolferen and visits to the site. Vera van Wolferen reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Vera van Wolferen does not guarantee that all items included in the Story Objects web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by email. We cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Vera van Wolferen may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, Vera van Wolferen will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Colors
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Payments
The following payments are accepted:
Credit card: Visa and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Paypal: You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.
iDeal: You can choose to pay with direct money transfer from your bank via iDeal. (only for Dutch customers)

If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents or guardians consent before purchasing anything on veravanwolferen.nl.
Legal
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and all claims and disputes between Vera van Wolferen and the purchaser will exclusively be brought before and settled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Vera van Wolferen reserves the right to bring a claim before any other court.
Violation of rules
Vera van Wolferen reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
